The cruise
Seven nights cruise
Seven nights in the Caribbean built around lifestyle medicine, movement and plant-based food. We sail from a Florida port early in the year, usually the third Sunday in January. Three days at sea carry the program. Three days are island stops.
01 · The table
Two menus, cooked & fully raw.
Never-repeating, multi-course, sit-down white tablecloth meals, waited by the ship's staff. All sauces, condiments and dressings are made from scratch in house. Ingredients are as organic and fresh as possible. HOC Participants often indulge in both cooked and raw options while still losing weight. HOC Participants also have full access to the ship’s restaurants and can request other dishes.

02 · Entertainment
Six nights of shows, and none of them the same.
The Theatre is a two-story auditorium with a 110-foot curved LED wall used live with the action. Several productions run only on Xcel. Everything here is open to you, and the evenings are free once the day's sessions finish.

Mainstage
A full company number in The Theatre. Seventy-five resident performers sail with the ship, the largest cast on any Celebrity vessel.

Between Takes
A rain-lit New York rooftop, one of two scenes from this show that stay with you long after it ends.

The typewriter scene
Between Takes runs 50 minutes, ten longer than most shows at sea, and uses the LED wall to write straight onto the set.

Chapters
Choreography, design and music built around the changes that happen across a life. Exclusive to Xcel.

254 West
A giant interactive dance party at The Club, loosely built on Studio 54. Watch from the balcony or stand among the dancers.

Aerialists and acrobats
The cast includes aerialists, contortionists, singers, dancers and, for the first time on a Celebrity ship, two parkour artists.
03 · A sea day
Move early, learn late.
A sample shape for one of the three sea days. Mornings start on the open deck at first light, when the sun is low and red and the UV has not yet climbed, and the exercise program runs through that window. The Caribbean in January is warm enough to be outside from sunrise. Later in the day there is the pool, the jogging track on 15 and 16, and the Vitamin D Deck in the spa complex. Exact times are set once the ship's own schedule is published, usually a few weeks before sailing.
06:00
Sunrise on the open deck. Low red light to the eyes before the UV climbs, which is what we build the morning around
06:30
Deck exercise in low UV morning sun. Yoga first, then the walking and running track on 15 and 16
08:00
Private breakfast, cooked and raw service
09:30
Presentation, then questions in the room
11:00
Food prep demonstration with tasting
12:30
Private lunch
14:00
Free time. Spa, pool, thermal suite, or the ship
16:00
Pickleball, swimming, or a second movement session
18:30
White tablecloth dinner with the speakers
21:00
Evening is yours. Production shows in The Theatre, live music in the bars and the Rooftop Garden, and every other event the ship is running that night
04 · The ship
Award-winning luxury, lighter environmental footprint.
Celebrity Xcel runs next-generation tri-fuel engines, shore power capability, advanced wastewater treatment and water-saving systems. Those systems, plus comprehensive recycling programs, make it one of Celebrity’s most environmentally advanced ships. We chose the vessel for its indoor air quality as much as its comfort. Captain Kirk has the bridge. Check out the Deck Plan.

The best air at sea
We look for the best possible indoor air quality on the water, and this is it.
Room to rest
The SEA Thermal Suite, sanctuary decks, and the full run of the ship's shows and restaurants stay open to you.
A small group aboard a large ship
We have a dedicated dining room for our group, but with access to everything else the vessel offers.
05 · Staterooms

Whichever room you book you eat with the group and attend everything. Rates are per person, double occupancy, and include the cruise fare, taxes and port fees. An Eventbrite event fee applies to every stateroom booking.
